dineshbhai Thakor ની વાત બરાબર છે. ખરેખર ગુજરાતની ન્યાય પાલિકાનો આ નિર્ણય બિલકુલ ખોટો છે.

અરે ભાઇ જરા વિચારીને મંતવ્યો આપો તો તમારુ કઇ બગડી જવાનુ નથી. જો તમે ઉપરના નિર્ણયથી સહમત છો, તો એનો મતલબ એ થયો કે તમે ન્યાય પાલિકા સહિત ગુજરાતને રાવણનુ લંકા બનાવવા માગો છો??? જો તમે સાચા હિન્દુ છો તો તમારે રાવણની સેના કે શ્રુપનખા બનવાનો અધિકાર નથી, જે ધ્યાનમા લેવાની જરુર છે. કારણ કે આ ભારતીય સંસ્કુતિ વિરુધ્ધ્નો નિર્ણય છે. ઉદાહરણ :- દક્ષિણ ભારત કેરાલાની જ વાત કરીએ તો ત્યાંની કોર્ટોમા કુલ 3000 હજારથી વધુ કેસ નોધાયેલા છે, કે જે આવા પ્રેમના નામે પરસમાજિક તત્વો છોકરીઓને ઉપાડી જાય છે જેનો કોઇ પત્તો જ નથી લાગતો. ને વળી અહિયા ગુજરાત ન્યાય પાલિકા આવો નિર્ણય લે છે તો પછી તો એવુજ માનવુ કે હિંદુ સમાજ, ગુજરાત સરકાર, હિંદુ સમાજનુ રક્ષણ કરનારી તમામ સંસ્થાઓ જાણે ભરનિદ્રામા હોય? અને રાવણ ગુજરાતની હિંદુ પ્રજાની આખમા ધૂળ નાખવા જેવી વાત બની ગઇ.

very true dicision. because kidnapping means to unwillingness of object. here the girl has agreed to run away with the person with whom she has created and maintained feelings.

આ બિલકુલ ખોટો નિર્ણય છે. આ નિર્ણયથી દરેક સમાજમા છોકરા છોકરીઓની મર્યાદાઓનુ બંધન તૂટી જશે અને ઉપરોક્ત બાબતે દરેક સમાજનુ મૂલ્ય ખતમ થઇ જશે, ભગવાને આવો નિર્ણય લેવાના જ વિચારો આપ્યા.......શું? એક્જ છોકરી કે છોકરો ગુજરાતમા વસે છે??? ગુજરાતમા વસતા તમામ સમાજ માટે ઉપરોક્ત નિર્ણય પડ્કારરૂપ બની જશે. ખરેખર આ નિર્ણયની ચુનૌતી સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટમા કરવાની જરુર છે.
