Because as other states gujarat also needed that amount for the welfare of gujarat. Hi this is Amin Fateh, I know that Honourable Mr. Modi is much focused on these things. But I personally believe that we should recover these money as soon as possible because these are the source from where we are getting money and if we become not strong enough to take our own money back than what is the fun to make this kind of big big projects?
