ભોપાલ ગેસ ત્રાસદી કેસ આયોગ દ્રારા નહી તે કેસની તપાસ સી.બી.આઇ દ્રારા કરાવવી જોઈએ.......ભાજપ ચુપ કેમ છે???? જો આયોગ દ્રારા તપાસ થશે તો વર્શો લાગી જશે અને ખીચડી પકવાઇ જશે........પછી શુ????? ભોપાલ ની પ્રજા ઓરીજીનલ ન્યાય મેળવવામા અને કોગ્રેસની પોલ ખોલવામા નિશ્ફળતા મળશે.........હવે કોઇ પણ બાબતે ભાજપ પીછેહટ કરશે તો ભાજપની મુર્ખામી ગણાશે.......એટલા માટે જેવા સાથે તેવા બનવાનો સમય આવી ગયો છે.

પુરાવા નથી તેમ જાહેર કરી આપણા દેશમા આતંકવાદીઓને નિર્દોષ છોડી મુકવામા આવે છે સાથે સાથે કરોડૉ રુપીયાનો ખર્ચો આતંકવાદીયોની પાછળ કરવામા આવે છે? ભલે કોર્ટે સજા કરી હોય પણ આપણા દેશની રાજનીતિ આતંકવાદીઓની સજાનો અમલ થવા દેતી નથી? તો પછી આ તો ગુજરાત પોલીસે આતંકવાદીનુ એનકાઉંટર કર્યુ છે અને ગુજરાત પોલીસ અધિકારીઓ અને શાહને કેમ ન્યાય ન મળે? ભોપાલ ગેસ ત્રાસદી કેસ, પંજાબ દંગા કેસ, પાક. આતંકવાદી મુમ્બઇ હુમલામા સ્થાઇ મદદગારો (આતંકવાદીઓને) નિર્દોષ છોડી મૂકયા છે જેમા મુમ્બઇ પોલીસ પુરાવાઓ મેળવવામા નિષ્ફળ નીવડી છે જે તમામ તપાસ સી.બી.આઇ.અધિકારી કંડાસ્વામી અને ઠાકુર ટીમને ફરિથી ઓપન કરી સોપવામા આવે તો કોગ્રેસનુ રાજ ઓપન થાય કે હજારો લોકોને મોતના મુખમા ધકેલનાર એંડરસન દેશની બહાર કેવી રીતે ગયો? મુમ્બઇ હુમલાના મદદગારૌની નિર્દોષ કેવી રીતે છોડી મુકવામા આવ્યા? પંજાબ દંગા આરોપી કોગ્રેસી નેતા કેવી રીતે નિર્દોષ જાહેર થાય છે?

ન્યાય જરૂર મળશે......કારણ કે સોહરાબુદ્દીન આતંકવાદી હતો. બીજું ખાસ જે તે રાજ્યોમા સોહરાબુદ્દીન સામે કેસ ચાલતા હતા તેવા તમામ રાજ્યોમાથી જે તે કોર્ટ/પોલીસ ની મદદથી જે તે કેસ બાબતના પુરાવાઓ મેળવી લેવામા આવે..........આમ કરવાથી સોહરાબુદિન કોણ હતો? તે સાબિત કરવામા સી.બી.આઇ અને સુ.કોર્ટની મુજવણ દૂર થઇ જશે. સોહરાબદ્દીનના નામે અન્ય રાજ્યોમા ચાલતા કેસની વિગતો મેળવેલ હાશે તો જરૂર પડે ત્યારે કોર્ટમા રજુ કરવામા આવે જે શાહ માટે મદદરૂપ બની જશે. કારણ કે સી.બી.આઇ ને અને કોર્ટને આ સાચા પુરાવાઓ રજુ કરવા અગત્યના ગણાશે. કારણ કે મો. બોલેલુ અને અન્ય રાજ્યોના પુરાવાઓ આસમાન ધરતીનો ફર્ક રહેશે......આ અગત્યની સાબિતિ પુરવાર થશે. કારણ કે સી.બી.આઇ અને સુ.કોર્ટ માટે આ અગત્યનુ છે કે શાહ બોલી રહ્યા છે કે સોહરાબુદ્દીન પાસેથી 40 નંગ એકેન 47 અને ગોળા બારુદ મળ્યો હતો આ કેસ બાબતે બીજા રાજ્યોની કોર્ટો/પોલીસ જરૂર મદદ કરી શકે છે કે જયા સોહરાબુદ્દીનના નામે કેસ ચાલતા હતા.
