પોતાના વિભાગોની કાર્યશૈલીમાં સુધારો કરવો જોઇએ. રેગ્‍યુલર કર્મચારી જેમ કે કલેકટર, ડીડીઓ, મામલતદાર, ,પોલીસ કમીશ્‍નર તથા તમામ રેગ્‍યુલર કર્મચારી ફાટીને ધુમાડે ચડયા છે. હજી ભ્રષ્‍ટાચાર ચાલુ જ છે પૈસા ખાય જ છે. તો તેઓને પણ ફીકસ પગારમાં કરી નાખવા જોઇએ.......... કારણ કે ૩૦ હજાર થી પ૦ હજારના પગાર લઇને તેઓ ગુજરાત માટે શ મોથ મારે છે...... ? ગાંધીના ગુજરાતમાં સમાનતા હોવી જોઇએ દરેકને સમાન સેલેરી હોવો જોઇએ ....... ગુજરાત સરકારના ૯૦ ટકા કર્મચારીઓ પૈસા દઇને સી.સી.સી. પાસ થઇ જાય છે....... અને કામ ફીકસ પગારમાં કે ઉચ્‍ચક કોમ્‍યુટર ઓપરેટર પાસે કરાવે છેે........ શું આ વાજબી છે..... ભાઇ મોદી સાહેબને કોઇક મળો તો આ સુચન જરૂર કરજો.......
