Nop. now a days parents should not give permission to their children. i m not against of MATAJI but nobody goes for bhakti. they only goes for enjoy. and if we want to see it is bhakit or not start garba male and female separate. and also where female, male should not enter. U will see nobody will go for garba. its just spoiling our culture. we should proud of our culture. And if you want your children go please go with them.

To me permission to be given up to 12.00 Mid night later then that it is risky and spoils the reach culture of India , For that only after Navratri in the month of Nov/Dec and there are more cases of abortion in hospitals.
